Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@pooldoctor.co.nz if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, our email is only monitored on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
Returns for exchange
Where you have purchased the wrong item, you have 14days from date of purchase to return for exchange with the correct item.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you purchased it in.
The item must still be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please choose carefully. Pool Doctor will not accept returns - for change of mind.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@pooldoctor.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 191 Archers Road, Glenfield.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note: chemicals cannot be returned for exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 week-days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 7 week-days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@pooldoctor.co.nz.
Warranties
For warranty considerations please contact us in the first instance sales@pooldoctor.co.nz. It is the purchasers responsibility to return equipment to 191 Archers Road, Glenfield, Auckland 0629 for inspection.
